Advancing Women in Leadership

I devised a content strategy plan that would position every participant as a powerful female icon. I produced each shot so it would appear natural, but in fact they were all curated shots. The imagery paired with interview quotes was then used to develop a digital campaign. The campaign allowed participants to be recognized for their achievements advancing women in leadership positions. Participant’s leveraged their new gained influence to create more equal workplaces.

TRANSPARENCY in Troubling Times

As the travel industry—particularly a cruise-focused travel agency—braced itself for what was to come, I collected the most pertinent topics regarding the company’s internal operations and the effects of Covid-19 from each department. In conjunction with the communications team, I produced a virtual press conference for executives to sustain media relations with travel trade media outlets as the country began to shut down. Executives were coached and prepped how to field questions. Through a Zoom webinar, participating media outlets received the latest company announcements. Highlights of the virtual press conference became that afternoon’s most trending news across the travel industry.

AMPLIFYING opportunities for Diverse Candidates

Increased social media followers 50% by devising a communications strategy to amplify opportunities for diverse employment candidates. By positioning the brand as a reputable source of employment opportunities and career counseling, more followers became program participants and in turn referred the brand to their personal networks. As the purpose and positioning of the brand became clearly defined the brand was better able to connect diverse employment candidates to employment opportunities building strategic partnerships with vetted employers.
